1. Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: 30 days within the original purchase date, when returns are accepted. 
  • Conditions: Parts must be in original, resalable condition, including original packaging and all contents. 
  • Exceptions: electrical parts, chemicals, or fluids, may be non-returnable once installed or opened. 
  • Documentation: Returns require the original purchase receipt or invoice. 
  • Restocking Fees: Returns outside the specified timeframe or that don't meet the conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

2. Return Process:

  • Initiation: Returns may need to be initiated through a customer portal, online form, or by contacting customer service.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the parts.
  • Inspection: Parts are inspected upon return to ensure they meet the return conditions. 

3. Exchanges and Refunds:

  • Exchanges: If a part is returned for an exchange, it will be subject to the same conditions as a refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed at the original purchase price.
  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 

4. Additional Considerations:

  • Non-Returnable Parts: Special orders or those classified as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or cancellation. 
  • Warranty: 1 year 20,000 km, which covers defects but not damage from misuse or improper installation. 
  • Damaged or Short Shipments: Claims will be processed through the courier or the shipper.
